CANCELLATION POLICY
At West Park Esthetics, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrivals; beyond this, the appointment may be canceled without refund. No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service cost. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
